Welcome to the ISN Sister Renal Centers Program Application Portal.

HOW TO APPLY

An applicant submitting the application on behalf of the partnership must be a liaison officer (= representative) of one of the centers in the partnership, either Emerging Center (EC), Supporting Center (SC) or Mentoring Center (MC). This applicant must have an account on our SRC application portal.

The details of each liaison officer from each center in the partnership must be completed in the application form, including a valid ISN membership ID. The applicant must consult with other liaison officer(s) from other center(s) in the partnership to complete the required data for each center and other relevant information in the application. He/she can invite the other liaison officer(s) from the other center(s) in the partnership to contribute as "collaborators" to the application. "Collaborators" are able to review and provide edits to the application. The applicant is responsible for finalising all the forms required in the application and submitting the final version.

- If you do not have an account on our application platform, please create one by clicking "Register" on the top of the page.

- If you do not remember your password, please click "Log-in", choose "Forget your password" and follow the instructions to recover your password.

- Click "Apply" and start filling out your application. You can save the progress you make on your application and complete it at a later time.
